4Q Bipolar Magnet Power Supplies
IECO’s modular design enables both bipolar and unipolar power supplies.
IECO’s four quadrant bipolar magnet power supplies are based on its amplifier technology. They are ideally suited for e.g. pulsed magnet applications. Their currents range from +/-40 A to more than +/-2000 A, with voltages up to +/-1400 V. Systems can be for single channel configurations or multichannel implementations of up to 20 channels or more. Systems typically include powerful mains power supply sections, ranging from 5 kW to over 300 kW.

Bipolar Power Supply
High Performance Four Quadrant Bipolar Power Supply (BPS) product family is IECO’s newest product expansion in its bipolar product category. These stand-alone devices include AC-input and they operate in current and voltage mode. Wide bandwidth with low ripple and noise make BPS suitable for many demanding applications. With its 6 kW/4 kW capacity in 5 U size, the BPS is the most compact truly bipolar power supply in the global markets.

Beamline Switches
In addition to magnet power supplies IECO also provides some other beamline components such as beamline switches. IECO Beamline Switches facilitate a quick switching of beam and related power supplies from one beamline/treatment room to another in particle therapy or accelerator systems.
IECO Beamline Switch has a modular structure. The required number of modules can be installed depending on the number of beamlines or treatment rooms in the system. Switches are customized according to customer’s specific requirements and each module can handle currents of up to 2000 A.
